Villa Ventus
Villa Ventus is located 800m from the sea in a convenient and very quiet area of Liepaja old town. It is located just next to the canal, 100 m from the main avenue Kurmajas prospekts and 600 m from Dzintars Concert Hall.
Villa Ventus is a family business. Lithuanian Saule and french Julien, a couple, who live in French Alps fell in love to Liepaja while being here for their first holidays together. Few years later, it is on the same Liepaja’s dunes that Julien did propose her for marriage. Since then, every year they were back for holiday and kitesurfing. The opportunity occured to buy the house from Saule’s Mother Tatjana who had acquired it few years earlier. Tatjana has now fully moved in Liepaja and will most likely welcome you at Villa Ventus !
The two-storey house has four studio apartments and two one-bedroom apartments. Built in 1890, it has been completely restored in 2020 from ruines to this beautiful apartment complex. The house is a great option for groups of friends or families to stay in the same building while having independant apartments and private comfort. Each apartment has everything you need for your comfort: a double bed, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, Wifi internet, cable TV, bed linen and towels and all necessary furniture and utensils. There are many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The beautiful Liepaja beach is accessible by foot in minutes.
We offer our guests to access to the backyard area, where you will find everything you need for a barbecue or rest in the garden. For parking, you can leave your car in safety in front of the windows. There are always public free spaces.
